Garden Nursery Manager
 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our busy garden centre in the heart of Brunswick. If you enjoy working with people, and thrive in a hands-on leadership role, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and passionate team.

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of our garden nursery, ensuring it’s a thriving, welcoming, and inspiring place for both staff and customers. Your responsibilities will be varied and rewarding, ranging from team leadership and customer engagement to stock management and nursery maintenance.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a friendly and diverse team

• Manage stock levels, plant health, and seasonal displays

• Oversee rostering, budgeting, and general operations

• Maintain a safe, organised, and vibrant work environment

• Work collaboratively with the wider business to grow and innovate

 

About You

• Previous experience in horticulture, nursery management, or a related retail environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A passion for plants and people

• Organised, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitude

• Relevant qualifications in horticulture (preferred but not essential)

• Hold a current valid drivers license
